Project Description
Objective
Once again, Hogai came to me after an unsuccessful photo shoot, looking for a solution that would allow them to professionally present their new bedding collection. Textiles are a difficult subject, especially when you want to show several color variants in an identical, consistent way. A traditional photo shoot requires multiple arrangements of the fabrics, which leads to inconsistencies in the layout, lighting, and presentation of each color.
Subject
A bedding collection in several color variants – products requiring the presentation of the fabric texture, the way it is arranged, and the consistent display of all 13 available colors without visual differences in style.
Starting point
Products in the market launch phase
Visual assumptions
Photorealistic renderings were to reflect the natural arrangement of the fabric, its texture, and the brand's characteristic colors. It was crucial to ensure identical arrangements for all color variants - something practically impossible to achieve in traditional photography, where each fabric arrangement looks different
Source Materials
- Moodboard / inspirations (Pinterest)
- Product dimensions
- Color scheme
Workflow
Concept → modeling →lightning → materials → render → postproduction
Final materials
- 1 interior visualizations
- 13 product color variants
- Files in print and web formats
- Materials for social media
Pricing factors
- Number of shots
- Number of color variants
- Creating interiors from scratch
- Creation of product models
- Number of revisions
Effect of cooperation
Thanks to professional fabric simulation, it was possible to achieve a natural arrangement of the bedding, and the client received a consistent set of product visualizations in which each color of the bedding is presented in an identical way, allowing end customers to make clear comparisons. The solution eliminated problems with the photo shoot and allowed for full control over the final appearance of the marketing materials.
